1824, January 15--- This Indenture made between William King of Hall County unto
Lazarus Summerlin of Henry County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $1500
dollars, upon the delivery of these presents hath granted, bargained, sold,
conveyed and confirmed all that tract or parcel of land known by the plan or
number 132 in the 8th District of Henry County, a part of said lot lying on each
side of the Oakmulgee River.
