FOR SHERIFF
     I am a candidate for the office of Sheriff of Newton County and will 
cheerfully abide any action of the Democratic party. For three years past I 
have been acting as Deputy under Sheriff H. B. ANDERSON and the work done and 
the record made is before the people. If nominated and elected I will endeavor 
to perform the duties of the office legally and well. I will feel grateful and 
thankful for the aid and assistance of my personal friends and political 
brethren.

     I am a candidate for Sheriff of Newton County, and will abide any action 
of the Democratic party. If nominated I pledge myself to discharge every duty 
of the office well and faithfully. I will thank my friends and the Democratic

Primary, for Ordinary of Newton County. Thankful to my friends and fellow-

of the Superior Court of Newton County. As I have, heretofore, done my best to 
perform the duties of the office, according to law and to the satisfaction of 
the people, so, if nominated and elected, I will do my best in the future, as

the office of County Treasurer, subject to the action of the Democratic Party.

faithfully guard the Public Treasury, as I have always endeavored to do.

     I am a candidate for re-election to the office of Tax Collector of Newton 
County, subject to the Democratic nomination. Thanking the people for their

faithfully as I have endeavored to do in the past.
