The Georgia Enterprise
  We take this article from the Atlanta Constitution of the 31st ult., and 
while doing so will say that old Emory is near and dear to the hearts of us 
all, and we trust the Seniors had a most delightful time during their visit 
abroad.
  For seventeen years it has been the custom of the senior class of Emory
College to visit Atlanta some time during the spring term for the purpose of
having their class pictures taken. In accordance with this custom, twenty-eight
members of the class of '87 arrived in the city yesterday morning. They were
accompanied by Dr. John S. Moore and Professor John F. Bonnel, it being the 
intention to make the trip an instructive as well as interesting one. The 
morning was spent at Mote's gallery. In the afternoon the class paid a visit to 
the department of Agriculture, where several hours were spent under the 
direction and with the assistance of Judge Henderson, Colonel Redding and 
Professor McCuthen, in examining the state collection of geological specimens. 
At half past ten o'clock last evening the class, accompanied by Professors 
Bonnell and McCuthen, left in a special car via the East Tennessee, Virginia
and Georgia railroad for Rome and Cave Spring. Thursday and Friday will be spent
there, where the time will be devoted to an examination of the geology of the
surrounding country.
