GEORGIA, NEWTON COUNTY
MILTON WALDROP having applied to be appointed Guardian of the person and 
property of ZACHARIAH CHRISTIAN, W. O. CHRISTIAN, CLARENCE CHRISTIAN, BARTOW
CHRISTIAN, and M. J. CHRISTIAN, minors under fourteen years of age, residents 
of said County. This is to cite all persons concerned to be and appear at the
term of the Court of Ordinary next, after the expiration of four weeks from the 
first publication of this notice, and show cause, if any they can, why said 
MILTON WALDROP should not be intrusted with the Guardianship of the aforesaid
minor children. Given under my hand at office this Oct. 8, 1869

MRS. SARAH M. HARPER, Administratrix of ROBERT G. HARPER, deceased, late of said
county, having applied to the Court of Ordinary of said County, for leave to 
sell the Land belonging to said estate, for the benefit of the heirs and 
creditors of said deceased. All persons concerned are notified to file their
objections, if any they have, within four weeks after the first publication
of this notice, else leave will be granted for the sale of said land.
