Georgia, Newton County:
     Notice is hereby given to all concerned that I have filed with the Clerk
of the Superior Court of said County, my petition addressed to said court, 
returnable to the next term thereof, to be held on the third Monday in March
1899, for the removal of the disabilities imposed upon me by my intermarriage
with Anna E. Pickett, formerly Anna E. Morgan, which application will be heard
at the court house in said county at said term. This Dec. 29, 1899.
