GEORGIA, Newton County.
A. O. M. Gay, Administrator of Elbert Gay, deceased, has applied to me for 
leave to sell Three Shares of the Capital Stock of the Georgia Rail Road and 
Banking Company, belonging to the estate of said deceased, And I will pass upon 
the same at my office in Covington, on the first Monday in June 1883, and will 
grant said Order for leave to sell said Stock if no good cause be shown to the 
contrary.

Notice to Debtors and Creditors
GEORGIA, Newton County
Notice is hereby given to all persons having demands against Elbert H. Gay, 
late of said county, deceased, to present them to me, properly made out, within 
the time prescribed by law, so as to show their character and amount. And all 
persons indebted to said deceased are hereby required to make immediate payment 
to me. May 7, 1883

Guardian Sale
By virtue of an Order from the Court Of Ordinary of Newton County, will be sold
before the Court House door in the city of Covington on the First Tuesday in 
June, 1883, two shares of the Capital Stock of the Georgia Rail Road and 
Banking Company, to sevenths of which, belong to me as the natural Guardian of 
Shirley and Willie Gay, minors. Terms of Sale Cash.
