GEORGIA, Newton County
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
     Thomas M. Duke, Jr., Administrator of Thomas M. Duke, Sr., deceased, has 
in due form applied to me for leave to sell the lands belonging to the estate
of said deceased, and said application will be heard on the 1st Monday in June
next. 
This 2nd day of May 1883.
