L. BEEBE now makes his home in Warwick, N. Y. ~Thieves have robbed Surveyor GEIGER of most of his winter apples. ~Mrs. W. T. SEEHAN has returned to her Gainesville home. ~GEORGE STONE, of Oxford, is a blind man, yet he makes the best broom to be found in the market. ~An $800 monument has been placed over the grave of Dr. LOVICK PIERCE at Columbus. ~N. C. LEE, our prosperous cotton raiser and showman, aired himself in the country Sunday. ~CHARLIE SUMMERS will accept a position in a Texas telegraph office early next year. ~W. T. KING has paid several pleasant visits to the square within the past week. ~Cedar Shoals Factory is being recovered with W. M. RUSSELL as boss. ~Verdict of “not guilty” was found in many of the criminal case tried at the fall term of our court. ~The Macon Telegraph will oppose Mr. BLOUNT’S re-election to Congress from our old district. ~Judge JOHN I. HALL, one of Georgia’s most brilliant sons attended our court this week. ~Dr. J. C.
