Newton Superior Court, January Term, 1925 Libel for Divorce
CORENE SCOTT vs. LOVIE SCOTT
To Lovie Scott
     You are required to appear at the Superior Court said County on the Third 
Monday, March Nineteen Hundred Twenty-Five to answer as defendant the above case
same being a petition for divorce. In default the said Court will proceed as to 
justice will appertain.
     Witness the Honorable John B. Hutcheson, Judge of said Court. This the 
seventeenth day of February, 1925.
