The Georgia Enterprise August 1, 1889
GEORGIA, Newton County
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
     It appearing to the court that WILLIAM MOSS, late of said county deceased, 
died intestate, and no one appearing to qualify as administrator on his estate, 
this is to cite all and singular the creditors and next of kin of William Moss 
to be and appear at my office within the time allowed by law to show cause, if 
any they can, why permanent Letters of Administration should not be granted to 
John B. Davis, clerk of the superior Court of said county, or to some other 
person, on William Moss’s estate.
     Witness my hand and official signature, this 1st day of July, 1889.
