LIBEL FOR DIVORCE
Newton Superior Court September Term, 1912. Libel for Divorce. Alva Hempton v. 
Riley Hempton. 
To Riley Hempton.
     By order of the court, you are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of 
March 1912, Alva Hempton filed suit against you for divorce, returnable to the 
September term, 1912, of said court. You are hereby required to be and  appear 
at the March term, 1913, of said court to be held on the third Monday in March 
1913, then and there to answer plaintiff’s complaint. Witness the Honorable L. 
S. Roan. Judge of said court.
