LIBEL FOR DIVORCE, Newton Superior Court, March Term, 1890
     It appearing to the court by the return of the Sheriff, that the 
defendant, Ida Nelms, in the above stated case, does not reside in said county; 
and it further appearing that she does not reside in the same state; It is 
ordered by the court, that service be perfected on the defendant by the 
publication of this order in the newspaper published in Newton County in which 
the Sheriff’s advertisements are published, twice a month for two months, 
before the next term of said court to be held on that third Monday in September 
next, then and there to answer Plaintiff’s Complaint, etc.
     Witness the Honorable James S. Boynton, Judge of said Court, this April 
9th, 1890
