The Georgia Enterprise October 3, 1889
     By virtue of an order granted by the Court of Ordinary of Henry County, 
will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder, on the first Tuesday in 
November 1889, before the court house door in the city of Covington, Newton 
County, between the legal hours of sale, the following property, to wit:
201 ½  Acres of Land, more or less, being part of Lot No’s 101 and 102 in Rocky 
Plains district, Newton County, Ga., and bounded as follows:
On the north by land of TUCKER and CHESTNUT, on the east by DICKERSON and 
LANCASTER, on the south and west by HEELEY and South River. Terms of Sale, One-
fourth cash, 1/2 in 12 months,  1/2 in 24 months, 1/2 in 36 months, with 8 per 
cent interest on the notes.
