The Georgia Enterprise April 23, 1891
NOTICE!
     Under an act passed by the General Assembly, and approved by the Governor 
of Georgia, Dec. 29, 1890, incorporating “The Clark Banking Company, of 
Covington, Ga.,” the undersigned Commissioners, named in said act, will under 
said charter, on May 1, 1891, open books of Subscriptions to the capital stock 
of said Bank. Books will be open at the Banking House of W. C. Clark & Co. For 
information call on either of the undersigned Commissioners. Printed copies of 
the act of Incorporation will be furnished on application.
