J. Metcalf had the misfortune to lose the barn on his plantation, four miles from town, by fire. Mr. Sim Wheeler, who lives on this place, is at a loss to know the cause of the fire. There was 250 bushels of corn destroyed which belonged to Mr. Metcalf. Mr. George T. Carr had several hundred bundles of fodder burnt, while Mr. Joseph Wright lost near 2,000 pounds of oat straw. We sympathize with our friends in their misfortune. This file has been created by a form at http://www.poppet.org/gafiles/ File size: 1.0 Kb
