To all Whom It May Concern:
  Notice is hereby given to all persons concerned, kindred or creditors, that
I will appoint John B. Davis, C. S. C., administrator upon the estate of Mrs.
Elizabeth Cook, formerly Sutton, on the FIRST MONDAY IN FEBRUARY, 1895 unless
good reasons are shown why he should not be appointed, or some other proper
person administrators on the same.
  Witness my official signature, this Dec. 29, 1894.
