Newton County GaArchives News.....BREWER'S DISTRICT May 9 1884 ************************************************ Copyright. Foturnately John had an umbrella with him, and kept the dog from him until he could kill him- which he did in a very short time. Mr. Wright has recently fitted up a substantial cyclone pit, and those who contemplate digging pits would do well to look at his and pattern after it, for in my opinion it is the best one in the county. I do not expect to dig one myself, for Mrs. Dart does not believe in them. She thinks that Providence will take care of herself and the little ones, while I keep the "old well" in my mind during a breezy night, and pin my faith to a big gully near the house in case of a storm in the day time. -JOHN DART This file has been created by a form at http://www.poppet.org/gafiles/ File size: 1.2 Kb
