M. S. Ogletree vs. E. H. Ogletree
Libel for Divorce in Newton Superior Court, March Term, 1887
  It appearing to the Court, by the return of the Sheriff, in the above stated
case, that the Defendant does not reside in said county, and it further 
appearing that he does not reside in this State. It is therefore Ordered by the 
Court, that service be perfected on the Defendant by the publication of this 
Order, once a month for four months, before the next term of this Court, in 
the "Georgia Enterprise," a newspaper published in Newton County, Ga. This
March 25th, 1887.

GEORGIA, Newton County.
  Clerk's Office Superior Court of said county: I, JOHN B. DAVIS, Clerk of
