The Georgia Enterprise
Sarah E. Calvert vs. Alex McWaters, et. al.
Applications to partition 91 acres of land among tenants in common of Lucy 
McWater's place in Newton County, GA.
  It being represented to the Court, that Geo. W. Tally, Mary Ben McWaters and
Mary Williams McWaters, tenants in common in 91 acres of land in Newton county,
known as the Lucy McWaters place; and it appearing that they do not reside in 
this State; It is therefore Ordered that Geo. W. Tally, Mary Ben McWaters and 
Mary William McWaters do appear at the September term of this Court, to be held
on the 3rd Monday in September next, and show cause, if any they have, why the 
land should not be partitioned as prayed for: and that service be perfected on 
them by the publication of this Order, once a week for four weeks, before the 
next term of this Court, in the Georgia Enterprise, a newspaper published in
Newton County, Ga.
