OLA PATTON VS. WILL PATTON
Libel for Divorce in Newton Superior Court March Term, 1898
To the Defendant, Will Patton:
  You are hereby commanded to be and appear at the next term of the Superior
Court of said county, on the Third Monday in September 1898, to answer the 
plaintiff's petition in the above stated case. In default of such appearance
the Court will proceed as to justice shall appertain.
  Witness the Honorable John S. Candler, Judge of said Court. This 14th day
of April 1898.
