RINGGOLD McCAY. He has made himself very popular in New York City as General Inspector of Insurance, and has also attained some notoriety as an efficient dramatic writer. This example of his is worthy of emulation, as he left Covington soon after the war, young and unexperienced, and has since then made a bright record by his energy and strict application to business. May all such young men live in peace and prosperity, and leave on the pages of history, a leaf that can be read with pride and pleasure by the rising generation.
