She is indeed a "Mother in Israel," having been a consistent member of the M. E. church for 62 years. She has 11 children, 78 grand-children,138 great- grandchildren, and 17 great great-grandchildren. Aunt Annie is a remarkably preserved woman, and enjoys excellent general health. She drives to Hartwell freqently, a distance of six miles, can read the Testament without spectacles, and stands to her household duties as well as most of the ladies half her age. She is an own aunt of Esquire Reubin Cook, of Newton County, and her many relatives in Middle Georgia will be happy to know she is alive and in such good health.
