ELLEN J. ELLINGTON Vs. B. S. ELLINGTON
Libel for Divorce, In Newton Superior Court, March Term, 1899

     It appearing to the Court, by the return of the Sheriff, in the above 
stated case, that the defendant does not reside in said county; and it further
being shown that he does not reside in this state, but does reside in the state
of California. It is, therefore ordered by the Court, that service be perfected
on the defendant by publication, as required by law, twice a month for two (2)
months before the next term of this Court. In the Covington Star a weekly news-
paper published in the County of Newton, and state of Georgia; and that copies
of said newspaper be mailed by Clerk of Superior Court to the defendant of 
Tulare, California. This January 16th 1899.
