Georgia Enterprise
J. T. MARKS vs. MINERVA MARKS in Newton Superior Court, March Term, 1897
     It being made to appear to the Court by proofs submitted, that the 
defendant in the above stated case resides out of the State of Georgia, and is 
a resident of the State of Alabama:
     It is therefore Ordered by the Court, that service be perfected in said 
case by publication as provided by statute, and it is hereby ordered, that such 
service be perfected by publishing this order twice a month for two months in 
the Georgia Enterprise, a newspaper published in Covington, Newton county, 
Georgia- the same being a public gazette of this State.
     Done in vacation, this December 26th, 1896
