Second District - Judge H. W. Hopkins, of Thomasville
Fifth District - Col. J. W. Anderson, of Covington
Sixth District - Unknown
Seventh District - George Anderson, of Marietta
Eighth District - E. L. Campbell of Monticello
Ninth District - John H. Wizel, of Blue Ridge

The Republicans named:
First - R. R. Wright
Third - Mr. Wettorwitch, of Americus
Fourth - M. L Covington, of Carroll
Tenth - Col Smythe, of Augusta
Eleventh - Col. Akerman, of Dublin

     Director Merriam has promised a position as special agent to Tom Johnson 
and also to John Stafford in case the latter does not get the other district.
