The Covington News
     Part of the Robert Heard estate, consisting of a very fine residence on 
Floyd Street, now occupied by Mr. Elmer Lunsford was sold at public outcry by 
Sheriff Johnson at the court house Tuesday to Col. C. C. King for $3800. It is 
understood that Col. King acted as attorney for another party.
