The Georgia Enterprise

Covington Ga., Oct. 6, 1903
  Comrades met in the court house at 2 o'clock p.m. today with the
following officers present:
  Capers Dickson, Commander
  J. W. Robertson, Vice Com.
  J. W. Anderson, Adjutant
  Capt. G. D. Heard, Treasurer
  Dr. E. H. Yancey, Surgeon
  Dr. G. W. Webb, Asst. Surg.
  Capt. J. J. Smith, Chaplain
  Rufus Crue, Color Guard
  Omitted the roll call of officers.
  Read minutes of the two last meetings which were approved.
  Called for reports of officers, and Capt. G. D. Heard, our treasurer
reported a cash balance of $88.65 on hand.
  Called for reports of committees but received none.
  On motion, authorized the Adjutant Adjutant to remit our per capita
tax to Adjutant General Crumley, at Atlanta, at the rate of five cents
for each member of the camp.
  On motion, authorized Commander Dickerson to arrange with the Georgia
railroad management for transportation to the state reunion at Augusta,
November 10th for the members of his camp and their friends.
  Elected the following comrades as delegates to the Augusta reunion:
Dr. J. W. Lee, J. W. Robertson, Dr. E. H. Yancey and Judge Capers Dickson.
  Alternates- Capt. G. D. Heard, J. W. Anderson, Rufus Cruse and W. F.
Edwards.
  There being no further business the meeting adjourned to 3 o'clock
p. m. on the first Tuesday in November.
