The Georgia Enterprise

Carrie Adams vs. John Adams, Newton Superior Court, September Term, 1904.
  It being made to appear that the defendant, John Adams resides out of
the State of Georgia, It is ordered that the said John Adams, be and appear
at the September Term, 1904 of Newton Superior court, to answer this 
complaint for divorce, as in default thereof said court will proceed
as to justice shall appertain.
  Witness the Honorable L. S. Roan, Judge of said court, This April 11, 1904.
