E. J. Boswell vs. Leory Boswell, Newton Superior Court, September Term, 1904
  It appearing to the Court, by the outcry of the Sheriff, that the defendant
Leory Boswell is not a resident of the State of Georgia. It is ordered
that the said Leory Boswell appear at the September Term, 1904, of Newton
Superior Court, to answer complaint for divorce. In default of such 
appearance, the said court will proceed as to justice, shall appertain.
Witness the Honorable L.S. Roan, Judge of said court. This day of April,1904.
