GEORGIA-Newton County.
  S. P. Potts as Executor of the estate of Thomas Avery Potts, late of said
county, deceased, having filed in this Court his petition for letters of 
dismission as such Executor and alleging that he has performed all his
duties as such executor, this is to cite all persons whomsoever to be and
appear at the regular March term, 1924, Newton Court of Ordinary, to show
cause. If any they have or can, why prayor of said petition should not be 
had and allowed,and the said Executor receive letters of dismission as 
prayed.
