GEORGIA-Newton County;
  Whereas, E. R. Rogers, as administrator of the estate of Jas. F. Rogers,
late of said county deceased, having filed in this Court his petition for 
letters of dismission as such administrator, and alleging that he has
performed all his duties as such administrator, this is to cite all persons
whomsoever to be and appear at the regular March term, 1924, Newton Court
of Ordinary, to show cause, if any they have or can why the prayer of said
petition should not be had and allowed and said administrator receive
letters of dismission as prayed.
  This 29th day of January, 1924.
