Elizabeth Collins Vs. Preston Collins
  In Newton Superior Court, March Term, 1924. Libel for Total Divorce.
To Preston Collins;
  In pursuance of an order by the court to perfect service on you by
publication in the above stated case, the same being a libel for total 
divorce now pending in Newton Superior Court, you are hereby required
personally or by attorney to be and appear at the next term of Newton
Superior Court to be held on the third Monday in March, 1924, then and
there to answer the plaintiffs complaint, as in default thereof the 
said court will proceed as to justice shall appertain.
  Witness the honorable John B. Hutcheson, Judge of said court, this 22nd
day of January, 1924.
