B. Tindall, Administrator of the estate of JAMES W. PAYNE, deceased, applies for Letters of Dismission from said Administration. These are therefore to site and admonish all and singular, the kindred and creditors of said deceased, to be and appear at my office, within the time prescribed by law, to show cause if any they have, why said letters shall not be granted to said applicant.
