The Georgia Enterprise 

 Whereas Wm. B. Tindall, Administrator of the estate of JAMES W. PAYNE, 
deceased, applies for Letters of Dismission from said Administration.
  These are therefore to site and admonish all and singular, the kindred and 
creditors of said deceased, to be and  appear at my office, within the time 
prescribed by law, to show cause if any they have, why said letters shall not 
be granted to said applicant.
  Given under my hand at office, this March 20, 1868.

Administrator's Sale
  BY VIRTUE of an order from the Honorable Court of Ordinary of Newton County,
to be sold before the Court House door in the town of McDonough, Henry County,
Georgia, on the 1st Tuesday in May next the following property to wit: 
One House and Lot in the town of McDonough, belonging to the estate  SIMEON 
SEALES, deceased late of Newton County, for the benefit of the heirs and 
creditors of said estate. Terms, Cash

  WHEREAS, Alfred H. Zachry, applies for Letters of Guardianship of the 
property of JOHN T. & SARAH M. ZACHRY, residents of the State of Texas, and 
orphans of JOHN T. ZACHRY, deceased.
  These are therefore to cite and admonish all persons concerned, to show 
cause, if any they have, within the time prescribed by law, why said letters 
shall not issue to said applicant.

Administrator's Sale
  BY virtue of an order from the Honorable Court of Ordinary of Newton County 
will be sold before the Court House door in the city of Covington between the 
ususal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in May next, the following property 
to wit: 150 Acres of Land more or less, being part of Lot No. 245, lying in the 
16th district of originally Henry, now Newton county, subject to the Widow's 
Dower.
  Sold as the property of GREEN M. MITCHELL, late of said county, deceased, for 
the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said estate. Terms Cash,
