JOHN L. SCOTT, Adm'r. Sept. 11, 1868 -- Executor's Sale Will be sold before the Court House door in the city of Covington, Newton County, Ga., on the first Tuesday in November next, within the legal hours of sale, the land belonging to the estate of Samuel Whitehead, late of said county deceased, containing one hundred and seventy five acres, more or less, 20 or 30 acres of which is woodland, and 15 to 20 acres good bottom land in cultivation, and well watered-lying on Bear Creek. The said land being east end of the plantation upon which said Samuel Whitehead lived, adjoining lands of Thomas Duke, James Harwell, Flemister, and others. Terms Cash. W. J. Speairs, E. M.
