The Georgia Enterprise

  Application will be made to the Court of Ordinary of Newton County, Georgia at
the first regular term, after the expiration of two months from the date of 
this notice, for leave to sell the lands belonging to the estate of Pressley 
Jones, late of said county, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and 
creditors of said deceased.

  Whereas, Alfred H. Zachry has applied to me for Letters of Administration on 
the estate of Caroline Read, deceased, late of said county.
  These are therefore to cite and admonish all and singular, the kindred and 
creditors of said deceased, to be and appear at my office, within the time 
prescribed by law, to show cause if any they have, why said letters should not 
be granted.

  Wm. Y. Harris, Administrator de bonis non, with the will annexed, of the 
estate of DAVID HARRIS, late of said county, deceased, having applied to the

  All persons concerned are notified to file their objections, if any they 
have, within two months from the first publication of this notice else leave 
will be granted for the sale of said real estate.
