The Georgia Enterprise

  I will sell one hundred Acres of Land, more or less, lying within one
mile of the town of Oxford, and near the waters of Big Gum Creek. Some 
fifteen or twenty acres of number one bottom land, now in cultivation,
and between thirty and forty acres of fine Wood Land, well timbered. The
Land is quite productive, and easily cultivated. Those wishing to 
purchase land, would do well to call on me, immediately. Price reasonable.
