GEORGIA, NEWTON COUNTY
  WINSTON GUNN having applied to be appointed Guardian of the minor children
of FRANCIS M. KILPATRICK, deceased, this is to cite all persons concerned,
to be and appear at the term of the Court of Ordinary, to be held next after
the expiration of thirty days from the first publication of this notice, and
show cause if any they can, why said WINSTON GUNN should not be instrusted
with the Guardianship of the persons and property of said minor children.
  Given under my hand and official signature, this June 4, 1869.

GEORGIA, NEWTON COUNTY
  WM. J. CAMP, Administrater de bonis non of the estate of GERMAN T. CAMP,
deceased, late of said county, having applied to the Court of Ordinary of
said county, for leave to sell the wild lands belonging to said estate,
for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.
  All persons concerned, are notified to file their objections, if any
they have, within four weeks from the first publication of this notice,
also leave will be granted for the sale of said wild lands.  Given under
my hand and official signature, this June 4, 1869.
