The Georgia Enterprise

GEORGIA, NEWTON COUNTY
  Under and by virtue of an order from the Ordinary of said county, I will
sell before the Court House door in the city of Covington, Newton county,
Georgia, between the legal hours of sale to the highest and best bidder for
cash on the first Tuesday in November next, the following described property
real estate to wit:
  Sixteen and 2/8 acres of land more or less being a part of the HENDERSON 
RILEY place upon which JULIA RILEY dowered. She now being deceased said dower 
reverts to the estate of said HENDERSON RILEY and will be sold for distribution 
and payment of debts made by said HENDERSON RILEY. Said real estate is situated 
in Downs district adjacent to Lands of  Mrs. JARMAN, LIVINGSTON and JOHN LEE 
KING.

GEORGIA- NEWTON COUNTY,
  Will be sold before the court house door in Covington Newton county Georgia,
between the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in November next, to the
highest bidder for cash, the following property, real estate to wit: All that 
tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the county of Newton, 
state of Georgia, being part of lot No. 178 in the 19th Dist. G. M. of said 
county, containing 78 3/4 acres, more or less and bounded as follows: On the 
east by lands of  ROBT. CHILDS, on the South and West by lands of Dr. P. WILSON 
and on the north by lands of W. F. GAY and W. W. CHILDS, on the East Corner by 
land of JNO. M. LOYD.
  To be sold as the property of GREEN B. LOYD, deceased.
  This Sept. 25th, 1908
