GEORGIA- NEWTON COUNTY:
  Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has applied to the Ordinary of 
said county for leave to sell lands belonging to the estate of NEWTON ANDERSON 
for the payment of debts and distribution among
the Heirs.
  Said application will be heard at the regular term of the court of Ordinary 
for said county to be held on the
first Monday in Sept. 1904. 
 This 1st day of August 1904.

  Notice is hereby given to all persons concerned, that JNO. B DAVIS Clerk of 
Newton Superior Court, has in due form made application to me to be appointed 
administrator of the estate of ALLEN C. THOMAS, late of Lewis county, Missouri, 
deceased in the State of Georgia,and said application will be heard at the next 
term of the Court of Ordianary of Newton county to be held on the First Monday 
in September, 1904.
