LEE ANNA HODGE vs. RANSOM HODGE
Newton Superior Court, September Term, 1904
  It being made to appear that the defendant, RANSOM HODGE, resides out of the 
State of Georgia, it is ordered that said defendant be and appear at the 
Superior Court to be held in and for said county, on the Third Monday in 
September next to answer a petition for divorce; as in default of such 
appearance, the said court will proceed as to justice shall appertain.
   Witness the Honorable L. S. ROAN, Judge of said Court. 
This 24th day of June, 1904.

CARRIE ADAMS vs. JOHN ADAMS
Newton Superior Court, September Term, 1904.
  It being made to appear that the defendant, JOHN ADAMS, resides out of the 
State of Georgia. It is ordered that the said JOHN ADAMS, be and appear at the 
September Term, 1904, of Newton Superior to answer this complaint for divorce, 
as in default thereof, the said court will proceed as to justice shall
appertain.
