GEORGIA- NEWTON COUNTY:
  Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has applied to the Ordinary of 
said county for leave to sell lands belonging to the estate of ALLEN C. THOMAS, 
deceased, for payment of debts and distribution
among the heirs.
  Said application will be heard at the regular term of the court of Ordinary 
for said county to be held on the first Monday in October, 1904. This 1st day 
of September, 1904

To Whom It May Concern:
  C. A. WANDER having made application to me in due form to have JNO. B. DAVIS, 
clerk superior court of said county, appointed permanent administrator upon the 
estate of MISS MARY J. HARP, late of said county, notice is hereby given that 
said application will be heard at the regular term of the  Court of Ordinary 
for said county, to be held on the First Monday in October, 1904.

To Whom It May Concern:
  Whereas L. D. & G. C. ADAMS, administrator of C. F. ADAMS, dec'd in their 
petition duly filed and entered on record, that they have fully administrated,  
C. F. ADAMS estate. This is to cite all persons concerned, kindred and 
creditors, to show cause, if any they can, why said administrator should not
be released from their administration and receive letters of dismission on the 
First Monday in October 1904.

  Will be sold on the First Tuesday in October 1904, before the court house in 
said county, between the legal hours of sale for cash, to the highest bidder, 
the following property, to-wit:
   Fifty acres, more or less, of land, and bounded as follows: North by lands 
of J. D. ELLIS. East by lands of I. H. SMITH est. South by lands of H. W. 
BOGGUS and West by lands of A. V. POOL and children. Also at same time and 
place, One pistol, one sewing machine, and one horse wagon and harness. All of 
above property sold for division. This Sept. 5, 1904.
