GEORGIA-NEWTON COUNTY
  Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has applied to the Ordinary of 
said county, for leave to sell lands belonging to the estate of Mrs. S. C. 
SPENCE, late of said county, deceased for the purpose of paying debts and 
distribution among the heirs.
  Said application will be heard at the regular term of the court of Ordinary 
for said county, to be held on the first Monday in November 1904. This Oct 3, 
1904.

  Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has applied to the Ordinary of

RICHARDS, deceased, for the payment of debts and distribution among the heirs.
  Said application will be heard at the reular term of the court of Ordinary

  JOSIAH F. McCORD having made application to me in due form to be appointed 
permanent administrator upon the estate of Mrs. N. F. OGLETREE, late of said 
county notice is hereby given that said application will be heard at the 
regular Term of the court of Ordinary for said county, to be held on the first 
Monday in November, 1904.

ADMINISTRATOR'S SALE
GEORGIA- NEWTON COUNTY
  By virtue of an order of the Court of Ordinary of Walton County, will be sold 
at auction at the court house door of Newton County, in Covington, on the First 
Tuesday in December next, within the legal hours of sale, the following 
property to wit:
One hundred and ten acres of land lying in said county of Newton about two 
miles north of Oxford known as the place sold by J. O. JACOBS to J. O. WELDON, 
adjoining lands of R. M. DIAL on the North. Dr. MEANS estate on the West. OLIN 
JONES on the South and REUBIN COOK estate on the East. Sold as the property of 
DUNCAN STONE who held bond for title at the time of his death. The deed to said
land is in J. O. WELDON. Terms cash.
This 1st day of November, 1904
