NELMS having made application to be appointed permanent Administrator upon the estate of Mrs. J. A. F. NELMS, late of said county, notice is hereby given that said application will be heard at the regular term of the Court of Ordinary of said county, to be held on the first Monday in January, 1905. CHAMBERS for petition of land appointing us commissioners to make sale thereof, we will at the Court house in Covington, Ga. on the First Tuesday in January, 1905, during the lawful hours of sale, that tract or parcel of land, containing 156 acres, more or less, situated in Gum Creek district, Newton County, Ga., and about three miles Northwest of Covington and being the land which was set apart to NANCY SOCKWELL during her life time, as her dower in the lands of her deceased husband, JOSEPH SOCKWELL, and of which a plat is shown on the return of the commissioners to set aside said dower, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of said county.
