APPLICATION FOR REMOVAL OF DISABILITIES
Edna Henderson vs. I. P. Henderson, Libel for Divorce, Newton Sup'r Court, Sept
Term 1904.
  Verdict for total divorce 19th day of September, 1905. Notice is hereby 
given that on the 11th day of January, 1906, the undersigned filed in the
office of the Clerk of the Superior Court, of Newton county an application
for removal of disabilities resting upon him under the verdict in the above
stated case. Said application will be heard at the term of said court, which
commences on the third Monday in March 1906.
