The Enterprise

  Ida, the 5 year old daughter of Mr. S. B. Barnes died Saturday as a result
of burns received a few days before. The little girl was playing with matches
and caught her dress. The flames quickly enveloped her and screams brought aid
but not until the child had been severely burned.
  Mr. Barnes is a well known citizen of the county. He resides about 5 miles
west of Covington.
