Some 55 years ago he bought a piece of land in Oak Hill district, and with his axe cut logs and built a residence and barn and cleared his land. 53 years ago he married a charming young lady and both rode the same horse to their humble, but happy home. All these years they have gone hand and hand together at the same dear old place, loving each other more and more as they journeyed down the stream of Time. Mr. Joiner never held a public office, and never had any desire to hold one, but even now he can take his rifle and drive the cross as often, or take his net and catch as many fish, or take his agate and plump the middle man in a game of marbles as often as any man of his age in Georgia. He is a social, courteous, generous gentleman, honored and esteemed by all who know him. This file has been created by a form at http://www.poppet.org/gafiles/ File size: 1.4 Kb
