Georgia Enterprise
  Mr. Wm. Green, who shot and killed Mr. J. T. Estes, last May, near Newborn,
and then married his daughter, was captured in Macon one night last week. In
company with his father he was getting ready to leave for Texas. He made no
resistance and had no weapons on his person. On Sunday Sheriff Fears, of
Morgan county, carried Mr. Green to Madison and placed him in jail for
safe keeping until the next session of Morgan Superior Court.
