We had a beautiful little snow last Thursday morning, but it soon melted away. Mr. Quinn Hays, of Atlanta, visited his parents last Saturday and Sunday. Mr. Lee Epps returned to his home in Atlanta Monday, after visiting his parents here a day or two. Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Hays spent Saturday and Sunday last with their daughter, Mrs. John Cowan, above Covington. Miss Emma Cofer entertained quite a number of friends last Saturday night and all had a gay and pleasant time. Little Newt Hagan, who has been at the Baptist Orphans Home in Atlanta, has come to live with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. G. F. Hays. Guess who the young man was that called to see his girl, going in his buggy, but forgot it and walked home and then had to go back after his mule and buggy?
