Mr. P. B. Hays is quite sick with measles. Messrs. Rufe Hays and Walter Johnson have baby girls at their homes. Mr. Thos. Ozburn of Atlanta, is on a visit to his son, Mr. Fielder Ozburn. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Thacker, of Bethany, spent Saturday and Sunday here. Miss Kittie Philipps is quite feeble. May she soon be restored to health again. Mr. A. S. Hays is enlarging his black smith shop and Messrs. Bob McCart and Will Greer will do good work at reasonable prices and will be glad of the patronage of all the citizens of this and adjoining settlements.
