  The motion for a new trial for Mr. Sanders McDaniel, who participated in the
killing of Mr. Riley Stewart, and who was found guilty of Manslaughter and
sentenced to 12 years in the penitentiary, will be heard before Judge Gober
in Atlanta on the 9th of May, having been postponed from April 20th.
